The php3 version comes with php-3.0.18. The php4 version is part of
the PHP distribution (now in CVS, will come with 4.0.5).

I have no idea, but I don't think so. RedHat has changed some paths
in their distribution moving from 6.2 to 7.0. David might have
7.0 RPMs though.
