unfortunatly, not anymore.
I only have RH7 RPMs for 1.4beta5, since I'm working on Mandrake now.
BTW, I have a working mdk spec file for php-4.0.5cvs that builds
standards mandrake php-* packages + midgard-php.
if someone is interested to start working on the packaging of the 1.4.1,
contact me directly and I'll send you the spec file.
