There seems to be some problem associated w/ the use of unqualified
names...i.e.)
http://devel.aorbit.com/email/mailbox/folders/ fails as unfound....but
http://devel.aorbit.com/email/mailbox/folders.html works fine....
could this be the root of my mysterious problems?

Would it be easier just to let you in?
You could look at the debug output, from mysql as well as apache and see if
you can see what I'm missing.
If so...send me a direct email and I will set you up with a username and
password (just have to have ssh..ok).

Is it possible to have a copy of this? If so, just do a mysqldump of
it, bzipped and somewhere that I can download it. DO NOT MAIL. I'm on
dialup right now, so the smaller you can get this the better.
