That works. The user can then see all the styles. However, the user cannot
see the website unless he is a member of the group of people that created
the site. Even though the rights are to see websites (but not approve), the
user cannot see all the websites in the sitegroup. When I make this user
a member of the sitegroup administrators (which created the site), then
the user can see the site and its pages.
