Following up on 1.4.1's release - Nadmin M3a - the one with speed
enhancements, and full multilanguage support (Chinese Big5 & GB available),
beta version of repligard manager.

I put the announcement up yesterday on freshmeat, looks like It gets about 300
hits per announcement (then quietly dies off)...
I'll modify the installation scripts so it downloads tarballs, when the get a
permanent home.
