Trying to compile 1.4.1 on a Red Hat 7 box running PHP 4.0.4pl1
Apache starts with no errors, and then dies without warning and without
logging anything. This only happens when I have the LoadModule and
AddModule commands for mod_midgard enabled (i.e. not commented out).
It's Apache 1.3.12, btw.
