do you have the mysql.so module in php4? - this WILL segfault apache when
used with midgard (you need to compile it seperatatly - cvs download, phpize,
/configure --with-mysql=shared,/usr )
also watch out for things like mod_pgauth conflicting with php_pgsql... etc.
