[midgard-user] Can't make changes

I got everything installed properly but I can't make any changes to
midgard using the asgard interface.  I can neither add or make changes
to any properties of host, persons, group, style, topic or any others.
I don't get any errors but they are just not being committed to the
database when I hit submit.  Any reason why this might be?
