Is there need for replacing anything or do I just have to
install the modules that I don't have.

mod_midgard & midgard-php (either 3 or 4) are part of the midgard
installation,
so as far as apache is concerned you only need http_core and mod_so.
You will also require:
- MySQL
- Expat
- Iconv (standard on Linux these days)
- PHP4 >= 4.0.4pl1 if you want PHP4 instead of PHP3
- If PHP includes mysql functionality it must be linked against the
libraries
mysql installs, _not_ the libraries shipped with PHP.
