PHP3 is on the root and is used by all their customers, right?

You'll need to uninstall regular php3, and then install the modules
you don't have.

PS, I would greatly appreciate it if, when you reply to a message, you
would intersperse your asnwer with the (qouted & snipped) original
text. Readin from bottom-to-top is counter-intuitive.
