Okay, after beeing offline for a while, i just tried something
else.

using the following doesn't work:

using this one works:
http://domain/attachment/7bd83a119ee20118c01b6b7ce9440dc2

The second one gves me the correct image.

As i didn't get mail the last days, please tell me, if there has been
a solution for images in nadmin in between.
