Hi,
When I try to run ./dbinstall when installing the midgard-data section I
get the following error whilst running it...
Creating Midgard database...
mysqladmin: connect to server at 'localhost' failed
error: 'Access denied for user: 'root@localhost' (Using password: YES)'
ERROR 1045: Access denied for user: 'root@localhost' (Using password:
YES)
...the script keeps running and then I get a further error...
midgard-lib: mgd_connect to midgard@midgard failed: Access denied for
user: 'midgard@localhost' (Using password: YES)
** CRITICAL **: Error in DB connection
The configure was done with the recommended command line.
./configure --with-db-admin=root \
--with-db-admin-password=foo \
--with-blobdir=/home/sites/blobs \
--with-apxs=/usr/sbin/apxs \
--with-php=4
I am installing Midgard 1.4 on an Cobalt RAQ3. I have installed MySQL
3.23.36 and PHP 4.
