Simon:

There is a config file in the midgard-data root directory that the script uses when 
running. You can edit that file, and you will find "root" for the admin user, and "" 
for the admin password. Place the proper admin name and password in their respective 
quotes, and the script should run, barring any other problems...

Also, be sure to pay attention to the --with-db-admin parameters... I'm not sure if 
you put foo to keep your site secure or not... but do replace the "foo"s with the 
appropriate password or name!!
