Midgard Lib is fine now after two fixes

one was the change of #include getopt.h to #include unistd.h and the other
to add -liconv in LIBS in the makefiles

I configured midgard-data succesfully

but when I run dbinstall I get the following


localhost# ./dbinstall
dbinstall: Command not found.
