yes, it's 100% compatible, as well as Asgard and (alan tell me if I'm wrong) nadmin.

the only change is for php directives, replace "php3_" by "phpvalue ".
ie.
php3_magic_quote_gpc Off
will be
php_value magic_quote_gpc Off
