I'd suggest the latter, since we need something to coordinate the whole
effort. Perhaps we should coordinate with Jani and his new Midgard site.
I would find it the best if the different MUGs get their Homepages
somewhere within the new site. perhaps something like debian's
www.xx.debian.org-System.

I already have some German Midgard Stuff available from my internal
notes. Not yet online though. Also there is a lot of usful Midgard-Code
on my homepages. All such small things like an URL Parser, an Attachment
List Viewer ...
