Ah. Well, it certainly should be set as normal, so set it like that, set turn up
Apaches logging by setting LogLevel in httpd.conf from whatever it is now to 'LogLevel
debug', stop and start apache, try to access the same URL again, and check the
relevent parts in apache's error_log. Send the relevent parts to the list if that
doesn't explain what is wrong.
