The blob record isn't found, I think. I can't find the exact message -- 
could you look at the top of mod_midgard.c to see which version it is 
(in the line that has $Id:) Could be a sitegroup issue at work here. The 
host you're attaching the image in, to what sitegroup does it belong? 
How are you logged in?

It shouldn't matter. More exact URL matches overrule active pages.
