Do not try to get it with dselect or apt-get.
Just download all midgard deb packages:
http://midgard.hklc.com/debian/midgard/libapache-mod-midgard_1.2.5-1_i386.deb
http://midgard.hklc.com/debian/midgard/libmidgard_1.2.5-1_i386.deb
http://midgard.hklc.com/debian/midgard/midgard-data_1.2.5-2_i386.deb
http://midgard.hklc.com/debian/midgard/midgard-php_1.2.5-1_i386.deb
to some directory and do:
dpkg -i /the/directory_where_you_downloaded/*.deb

ps. You can add source list only if there is file Packages.gz, which is
required
for dselect and apt-get.
