The term 'permission' is important here. Since HKLC doesn't have
(to my knowledge) a distributor in UK, I'm sure the getting the
permission should not be that difficult.
Also, this this very much in line with how the Midgard project
was designed. Nadmin Studio is an application built on top of
Midgard. While Midgard is free software, the applications do
not have to be.
