It shouldn't. This URI is used only as prefix to make our own attributes
unique. It must be valid only if you're using validating parser which is
definitely not our case.

This error has been fixed in CVS. You could try tarballs from
http://snaps.midgard-project.org/ and compile CVS version from sources.
