There has been discussion of making a wrapper to the midgard core that
would handle RCS/CVS but that has been thoeretical, there is no
resources to do it yet.

I'm writing a RCS snippet to be used with any custom interface that
would be compatible with NAdmin but right now other busywork has kept me
from changing the data storage format (and parsers) to be NAdmin
compatible.

I'm not even sure if CVS should be used in place of RCS for simple
revisioning, and in Midgard (version 1.x, 2.x might be a different kind
of animal) you really can't have multiple people working on an object at
the same time, revisioning helps a bit since you can check diffs and go
back to older version if someone has just made something stupid, but
there is no concurrency and merging changes etc, all the stuff where CVS
is better than RCS, they're not supported at Midgard level (yet).
