Yes, but the actual lines where source files are being compiled, do
they show them?

I just checked in a change to php4-module that may remedy your
problem, BTW. No guarantees, but I'd be much obliged if you would try
CVS (not snaps, it'll take some time, ranging from hours to a full
day, to get up to date).
