OK, I owe you an apology on this one. I was sorry about 10 seconds after
sending it but that doesn't help much.

You're right, you started this earlier. I figured most questions had
been handled so the 'remaining' part of the thread was about two weeks
old. In my defense I did mention that Alexander was the one best
equipped to handle this. Not really an excuse for my attitude, but it's
the best I can offer.

Do you have any indication whether it's the database records being
wrong, the sitegroup being wrong, or the files themselves being wrong?

Rebuild in what way?

Maybe this could be related to the issue of person records being
mismatched during import. Maybe that Alexander can enlighten us here.

Yes, there's been lack of support. There's a good reason for this that
I've not wanted to discuss formerly, but maybe it's time we're getting
this out in the open. Here's the skinny:

The contracts at Aurora for David, Alexander, Ami, Armand and I have all
been terminated rather suddenly a few months ago. As a result of this
all of us have been scurrying to get new employment. For me personally
this now means I have a job which involves two hours of travel each day,
and I get to spend the 3 or so free hours a day that are left with the
family and working on Midgard. In practice, I spend at least 2-3 hours a
day on Midgard, and then some more in the weekend. You think I like to
see support dwindling? Hell no. I've allways enjoyed doing the support
bit. Do you think I like seeing the bugs go unhandled for extended
periods of time? Hell no. I take the time people invest in Midgard very
seriously, and thus each bugreport that I can't immediately handle eats
at me.

For the past two months I've been flying mostly solo, busting my ass
trying to maintain parts of the infrastructure, redoing the manual,
answering questions ranging from midgard to general php to mysql
installs, fixing bugs, and trying to have a semblance of a life. It
wasn't probably even your message specifically I was reacting to, I was
probably just too wound up anyway and used it as an excuse to lash out.
For that I am sorry.

Luckily Alexander has now returned to activity, I've been able to farm
out the infrastructure bit, and most of the work on the website, and the
bugtracker. This helps a tremendous lot.

BTW, regarding the questions in this thread, I've forwarded them to
Alexander who is going to handle them. I expect he'll be in touch shortly.

Emile
