Were you editing a page element ? There is a bug in 1.4.1 release and
CVS versions before 2001.06.11 that causes $page_element->guid(); to
return emthy set, which is propably one cause for this.
I've also noticed the same problem (again with page-elements) on my dev
system that runs a recent CVS version but I have not had the time to
pinpoint the root cause for the problem...
