It looks like that the creation of a sitegroup (with notes into
midgard's db etc), is separated in time from the creation of the
sitegroup's 'mgd_...' mysql database. It can be created with the 'create
database' in the company's tab. If once the db is created, this window
doesn't appear. IMHO this is weird, it should be done automatically.
