This is Nadmin specific. Nadmin uses plain sql databases for some of its
features, nforum is one of those. In this context, create a new sitegroup
means going to the Company Tab (a system administrator) and create a new
company.
After creation, you can create the database belonging to the 'Company', by
entering the mysql root password in the appropriate field.

I think that that would mean storing the Mysql root password in the
midgard database, which I for one don't think an attractive idea. A more
descriptive message would be good though.
