That's easier once stuff lives in midgard-lib.

I don't think there's any really big technical issues that keep
Midgard from running on win32. Our dependencies are available for
win32, and there's nothing inherently platform-specific in our own
stuff. I think we just don't have the time and expertise to make it
happen.
