How difficult is the installation of Midgard+Nadmin in a Linux-based shared ISP environment without root access? Is it even possible?
I recall mention of some of the difficulties involved, but I need a full list of the necessary details. My ISP provides Apache with PHP4 and MySQL, but will only perform a Midgard installation on a dedicated server, which is beyond the modest budget of the non-profit club paying the bill. 2.
