Maybe we can join our forces there. I would like to create such a document with a slightly different approach: "how to create a midgard website from scratch", but I have the odd feeling that a lot of parts will overlap somehow :-) So maybe we should just make up a tutorial, and add a pointer to that to the FAQ.
