strange that httpd is called apache?!
And what is it?
I thought there is www.apache.org and not www.httpd.org.
Do You want that way to mysal be called "database" ? :)
Besides,  trust me , packages name are more logical than  
rpm names. 
What is the name for php4 rpm? php4? I guess no.
Besides what are the names for packages libraries?
libpackagename? I guess no.
Three simple names:
package
libpackage
libpackage-dev
o! package-dev
that  are four :)
