Let's switch registrar, I'd say -- if Armand can do this in a
cost-effective way, perfect. My offer was just for the other
case -- and I'd also prefer to have Billing and Tech (including
DNS administration) in one hand, that keeps coordination efforts
down.

The Admin contact has full rights regarding the domain name,
including moving it around, deleting it etc., so that should
(from my point of view) be someone from the Ry's board as the Ry
is the domain name holder.
I can offer taking over Technical and Billing responsibilities,
but I have no problem not to do so ;-) Armand, what about you?
