Could be you added this membership record later. Dunno. But since user frank is now full root, this membership record should now be unnecesary. I don't think it's misreporting it, from what I can tell there's a membership = (id=2,sitegroup=1,uid=1,gid=?) I think gid will be != 0, in which case you don't need the record anymore.
