Aegir is set to.
Linuxbox is a fqdn host host1.example.com, and the Aegir virtual box is a
fqdn host2.example.com.
During installation of midgard and Aegir I have used the host2.example.com
hostname.

You're saying about nemeinauth package. Do I have it? Isn't it a separatly
installed software for midgard?
Was it included in the Aegir distro.

NemeinAuth is also included in aegir, you can also try updating it, check http://authentication.nemein.net/

Can you send me full data from the *auth* cookies ?
