I put
deb-src http://www.midgard-project.org/developer/downloads/debian/stable/dists/sid/source/ ./
in my source.list file and was then able to download and build the packages with no trouble. Just had to make sure that I installed libmidgard and libmidgard-dev before I tried to build mod-midgard and php4-midgard. Great work Piotras. Certainly makes life a bit easier than building from source although, I did enjoy the learning experience. I have updated my howto.
Cheers

Hi PiotrasHi and hello :)
I actually didn't see the nightly builds section with the apt source when I first installed midgard so I just downloaded the debs from the website and then installed them manually using dpkg. I installed 1.4.4I see. I asked cause I saw 1.4.3 description on Your site.
from the source packages because I was installing on an ibook and so couldn't use the i86debs.Every midgard source has debian files included , so there is no problem to quickly made own packages.
Thanks for pointing that, out I have added the nightly build apt source to the intro of my install write up and noted that it would be an easier way to do it.Fetchable for apt packages are available for
- midgard cvs (daily build)
- midgard 1.4.4 for Debian sid
- midgard 1.4.3 for Debian woody
And downloadable midgard 1.4.4 for woody of course.
