Hi John, Hi rest of the world :-) > >and new Companys and Websites. As i understand, i can relate > Websites to > >companys. But how can i call a Companys Webseite that is created with > >Aegir/Midgard? :-) > > > > > To get sites that you have created in Aegir/Midgard you just have to > open a browser and put in the hostname, port and prefix that > you entered > when you created the website. You can check what it is in the Aegir > interface by clicking on the Websites link, click on the website you > created and then click on the Details link in the main frame. > This will > show you the name, prefix, port status and other information > about the > website that you created. So if you created a website with the name > "mysite.com" with the prefix "example" and port 8001 if you enter > mysite.com:8001/example into your browser it should open your > site. Of > course if you haven't entered any content there won't be much to see.
right, this is exactly, what ive do. i setup company CMS1 for example. after them, i give a database-name, a hostname, a port and last a prefix. and a user too :-) i log into aegis als this companys user and modify the rootpage and create other pages. after them i click on "approve" and after them on "publish". but no pages are stored in the folder for this company named "cms1". its strange, but it is. if i call http://cms1.dyndns.org:8001/cms1 there is an empty folder and the address-field of my browser points back to cojun.dyndns.org wich is my main server-url. perhaps i have do a mistake in the configuration-files of apache or the midgard.conf-file? does anyone know about this symtomatic? i thank you again for your answers daniel --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
