What do you consider the redeeming features of Aegir/Midgard? Why post this rather than just use APC ActionApps? I'd really like to know. I'm sure Midgard/Aegir's great for people that know what their doing but it's a steep learning curve for people that need documentation and examples. ie Me.
I can't say I comprehensively reviewed the options, all I knew was I wanted to develop from a predefined CMS framework. I played with Zope but as good as the instructions where having to learn a Zope specific scripting language was a major turn off.
