Well, I haven't used midgard without sitegroups, but look like you have to
fix all your data and put it in another sitegroup. Not very easy job.

AFAIK, it should be enough simple. Check repligard.conf (copy it into your
working directory), look at logins, password and so on. Then just
repligard -c repligard.conf -i spider.xml.gz (or what is the name of
spider repligard dump).

Of course, if you have any problems - report them, may be even to my
personal mail.
