Well, rather not broken.
Just think about how repligard really works. It imports data to midgard
database according to their GUIDS. So if You ever made any changes 
to Your Old Admin site and now imported Spider, You may have 
a real mess.

Try to create another database and import spider there, and notice 
how things work.

RPM has option (AFAIR)  for listing all files from package.
Anyway it should be located in /usr/local/midgard/etc
or just /etc/midgard|repligard.
