I can only find one midgard-root.php in the mod-midgard-preparse tarball 
and that's the one I'm using.  I don't have the mod-midgard tarball 
because I thought it was an either/or with mod_midgard and 
mod_midgard_preparse.  Is there another midgard-root.php I should be 
looking for?

password and then shows me this:

Custom mod-midgard and mod-midgard-preparse provides two different
midgard-root.php files. Use the correct one.
