SG0 will be added by using a Repligard on Asgard/Adminold ?

No, SG0 does not exist in the database as a sitegroup object (there is no need to). Old Admin "supports" sitegroups if you log in to it properly ("user+sitegroupname") but it doesn't have editor for SG objects the setting the admin group is impossible. Stick to Aegir or Asgard.
