I downloaded them from here (just one line, wrapped to increase
readability):

        http://www.midgard-project.org/developer/downloads/
            debian/stable/dists/woody/binary-i386/

    pp> Did You install libapache-mod-midgard-preparse?

There is no *-preparse for 1.4.4 (at least not in that directory). I
didn't mention it in my first message, but I even downloaded the Sid
1.5.0 source packages from this URL (again wrapped)
http://www.midgard-project.org/developer/downloads/
debian/stable/dists/sid/source/) and built them locally. But that was
even worse, as I didn't even got the authentication dialog back from
midgard (it just said /asgard was not found). So I decided to
go back to 1.4.4 and try to make it work.

I could build the whole thing from pristine sources (and I will if I
can't make de .debs works easily), but I would rather use Debianised
packages, as it will better integrate with the rest of the system.

Saludos. Iaki.
