There's a fix for that in CVS, and if you have the possibility to give current CVS a swing, I would really appreciate that. The non preparsed mod_midgard will be deprecated in next release, and will go away completely eventually. So the more daylight the preparser code gets, the sooner bugs will be found and fixed.
