I think this was the case we resolved on IRC last night. The problem was using wrong paths with the chroot setup. (chroot prefixed everything with /var/www so the MidgardBlobDir /var/www/blobs was translated to /var/www/var/www/blobs in the filesystem, causing file not found errors).
However, Aegir logins were probably caused by PHP sessions not working (again, due to chroot). I think we didn't resolve that yet.
