is it possible, that one object has different guids for each sitegroup?
No, the point is that it wouldn't be the same object. Objects are identified with a tripel (id, table, sitegroup). Only if all components of the tripel are the same we are talking about the same object.
(I'm not quite sure if id's from one table are really not unique among sitegroups but at least the tripel thing should be a safe way to look at things)
