Your login's should be fine with admin+sgname and <replicate all="yes" /> is also correct.

This refers to wrong credentials (either in DB or sitegroup admin). So... you've probably done it already a few times, but double-check the sgadmin credentials. Since you're able to replicate whole db with sysadmin, there should be nothing wrong with the replication itself.

If your db says **newpass for the password field of the user, then repligard.conf should say password="newpass". Similarily, if you the db says pIEFJNWOIFH for the password field, you still have to have password="newpass" in the repligard.conf.
SO, no putting those ** -chars in the repligard.conf, right? :)
