Ok well since I have double checked these a few times, and the DB
information works fine with admin/password.  I can login to the oldschool
admin site  (default /admin)   with admin+sgname/pass.  I guess I just need
to figure out why I don't have repligard perms to do what I'm needing.  When
I login to that oldschool site I get this.

You're currently logged in with user admin.
Your current privileges level in sitegroup SITEGROUP is administrator.

I'm assuming that is sufficient privileges for repligard.  I really don't
know where to go from here.
