Hi Andreas,
the Apache error log:
[Tue May 18 09:59:22 2004] [error] [client x.xxx.xxx.xx] File does not exist: /srv/www/htdocs/aegir
I checked the database password and username in mysql and in the .conf files they are ok!
and they worked fine when I imported aegir! The next second when I try to import the AddOns
I got the critical error.
Perhaps I should mention that I imported the midgard database from the empty.sql File because
no database was created on the installation.

Well, some :-)
A repligard-Critical Error normally means one of three things:
1. The password for the midgard database was changed (check your
mysql user table and repligard.conf)
2. The password for the admin user was changed (check your mysql
user table and repligard.conf)
3. Mysql is using an unusual socket -> however you could not have
installed Aegir then.
What error are your seeing? Could you take a look at you apache
error_log and post the relevant part here (located in /var/log/httpd)
Greets
