To create Multilang compatible xml file.

Datagard is not the best one , but the only one which allows you
to make any DB and xml package updates without huge amount of steps how to
make this or that.

You may set '-x' option in datagard and run import again.
It will produce quite big output , but I will be glad to help
after seeing this.

Do you use 1.6beta?
Any configure options for midgard-core will be very usefull too.
