Firstly, I apologize for what is probably a silly newby question. I just installed midgard and am having trouble bringing up the virtual host page. I keep getting the error "Unknown host www.testhost.com" when I try to bring it up. I am running Fedora Core 3 (Heidelberg) and I used the up2date method for doing my install. Then I did the setup of the Midgard Database by running datagard and answering "Yes" to the question regarding the virtual host. I chose to name mine "www.testhost.com:8001". I got the success message and bounced apache and attempted to bring up the page "www.testhost.com:8001" and do the login but I get the "Unknown host" error message. I have read through some of the recent posts and have checked the things recommended there. I have looked to ensure that the last line of my httpd.conf file is "Include /etc/midgard/apache/httpd.conf" and it is. (Btw, this file's ownership is root:root - is that right?) Also, I noticed that in another post a tool called "midgard-pageresolve" is used and I also tried to see if that gave me anything useful. Here is the result: [EMAIL PROTECTED] ~]$ [EMAIL PROTECTED] ~]$ midgard-pageresolve -h www.testhost.com -p 8001 -d dump.html -c ls -P "password" Connecting to mysql://midgard:<hidden>@localhost/midgard Resolving host: http://www.testhost.com:8001/ Host found: 4 in sitegroup 0 Resolving page: http://www.testhost.com:8001/ Page found: 49, active=2, redirect=0 Path: 49: Style: 8 Cache is current for page 49 Parse page Cannot open root file midgard-root.php [EMAIL PROTECTED] ~]$ I don't know what would be causing this. Does anyone know what's going wrong. Any help would be greatly appreciated. steve
